This glitzy national pageant dress is a two piece cupcake style. Halter bodice is made of super stretch fabric and halter style with boning on front and back and simply beautifully elegant designed loaded with stones. The utlimate cupcake organza skirt is designer quality. It is decorated with some rhinestones, trim, and appliques. Dress will be duplicated as close as possible. A unique flower on back of waist. Skirt is cupcake style with layered orange and green crystal organza. And the skirt waist band is made with stretch material so you can get a very nice waistline fit that will last without needing adjustments.
