This glitzy national pageant dress is a two piece cupcake style. Off the shoulder bodice is made of super stretch fabric with boning on front and back and simply beautifully elegant designed loaded with stones. The ultimate cupcake organza skirt is designer quality. A unique flower on back of waist. The bodice will need snaps or hooks set for the back closure which are provided. The skirt waist band is made with stretch material so you can get a very nice waistline fit that will last without needing adjustments. It is decorated with some rhinestones, trim, and appliqués. Dress will be duplicated as close as possible.
